Sports Halls for Training and Professional Tournaments

St. Jakobshalle Basel has been a widely used sporting facility for schools, sports clubs and larger competitions ever since its completion in 1976.

Even though most people primarily think of recurring major events such as Badminton Swiss Open, Swiss Indoors and CSI Basel (since 2022: CHI Classics Basel) or they remember legendary competitions such as Handball, Ice Hockey, Curling Championships, Boxing Matches, or the European Gymnastics Championships: St. Jakobshalle Basel actually offers ideal training conditions for countless sports enthusiasts.

The St. Jakobshalle Basel is equipped with mobile sports equipment for the practice of various sports, which is available to the athletes in the storerooms of the sports halls. However, personal sports equipment such as balls, rackets or slacklines must be brought along by the athletes themselves.
